Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

  • Items marked “No Return”, customised, resized, or bespoke pieces are not eligible

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details.

Refunds

  • Approved returns are eligible for a 95% refund as Store Credit only

  • Store credit is issued after the item passes inspection

  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery

  • The item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • The product was customised or made-to-order

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled after confirmation may incur applicable charges

  • Special order items cancelled after 24 hours may attract a cancellation fee

Refund Exceptions

If Watchworks India is unable to fulfill your order within 30 days of full payment:

  • You will receive a 100% refund via original payment method, or

  • 102% store credit valid for 24 months

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fee and ensuring the item is safely packed

  • We recommend insured returns, as liability remains with the sender until received
